After academic studies in HR & Industrial Relations, Ben began his professional life in 1996 on a 3-year HR graduate program in one of the world's biggest companies where he was exposed to all facets of the Human Resources function in various locations. After moving into management roles with large, international companies in Australia and Europe, Ben later formed a successful HR consultancy which focused on large projects.
In 2013, a friend asked Ben to set up and run the HR function and the Inbound Marketing function for a new tech company which has gone on to process more than $8B in financial transactions.
Since 2018, Ben's sole focus has been marketing for businesses in the Human Resources industry and has helped grow hundreds of HR businesses around the world.
